TOPPROPSHOPS provides informational comparison, rating, research, pricing, promotional, and rule-reference tools concerning proprietary trading firms and related services.

TOPPROPSHOPS is not a broker, futures commission merchant, commodity trading advisor, investment adviser, accounting firm, law firm, proprietary trading firm, or financial institution. Website content is not financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Trading futures and participating in proprietary trading programs can involve substantial risk. You are responsible for researching each provider, reviewing its current agreements and rules, and determining whether its services are appropriate for you.

We work to maintain useful information, but third-party prices, promotions, rules, payout terms, platform availability, and account limits can change without notice. Information may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or incorrect.

You must verify material terms with the provider before purchasing or relying on a product. TOPPROPSHOPS does not guarantee that an offer will be accepted or that a user will qualify for, pass, receive, retain, or receive a payout from any account.

Prop firms, brokers, platforms, processors, and linked websites are independent third parties. Your dealings with them are governed by their own agreements, policies, eligibility requirements, refund rules, and dispute procedures. TOPPROPSHOPS is not a party to those transactions.

The website’s original design, software, compilation, scoring presentation, text, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to TOPPROPSHOPS. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability
